    Default Recent Problem With Carbon Poker

    Starting on the 21st, HM2 no longer "likes" the hand history files from Carbon Poker. It will not import the files into the ACTIVE SESSION tab and when I try to manually import the files, each hand is showing up under "Import Errors".

    I had no problem with Carbon Poker prior to the 21st. Lock Poker is still working fine.

    Make sure to install on an administrator account and run as an administrator.

    Please turn off User Account Control. Turn User Account Control on or off

    Add holdemmanager.exe, hudfuncapps.exe and postgres to the exceptions list in your firewall and antivirus.

    Make sure that Windows is fully 100% up to date.

    You need to make sure that this folder

    7/Vista: C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\

    XP: C:\Documents and Settings\User_name\Application Data\HoldemManager

    is not read only and that all permissions are set to full for your user name. The folder will continue showing read only after that, this is an issue in Windows.

    If you continue to have problems please zip a small sample of original hand histories in which this issue occurs and send it to hm2support@holdemmanager.com with a link to this thread.

    All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31).

    Seems to be working with that update. Any idea why it would stop importing for only 1 site?

    The handhistory formatting could have changed in one of the pokersites/skins.
