Please close HM2 and delete the REPORTS folder in:
7: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\
You must show both hidden files and check unhide system files. See this: How to show hidden files in Windows 7
XP: C:\Documents and Settings\User_name\Application Data\HoldemManager

Then restart HM2
still doesn't work for me. looks like screenshots above after deleting and restarting...

Sorry, just using this version and still doesn't work.
Please change regional settings in Windows to English (US)
Still doesn't work, no matter if i change the regional settings or delete the reports folder.
Please make sure you are using the latest version. http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...r_2_Update.exe
Then try creating a new database and reimporting the hands from the C:/HM2Archive folder. If this fails to resolve the issue, please zip and send the problem hands to hm2support@holdemmanager.com with a link to this thread.
