License not working

    Default License not working

    yet another license issue, yet another HM2 problem.
    I installed build 6927 as per thread http://forums.holdemmanager.com/bug-...aring-hud.html. Now all of a sudden my license is not being accepted. I tried the suggestions on http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...Holdem+Manager and it made no difference. I wasn't clear whether I should reset my profile or not as already have a license code on my account. Can you please update me on how to solve this!

    Hi,

    I would like to apologize for the issues you are having with HM2, please attach the Reg file and the Log file from the following location C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager folder (XP users will find that in C:\Documents and Settings\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager folder.)

    If you can't see it, turn off the windows option that is hiding that directory. http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...es+in+Windows+

    Your suggestion I already did 4 hours ago! Those files have been sent to HM2 support. Did I have to spell that out in OP, as you can gather I'm already p'd off, so could someone not have actually looked at the email which I mentioned in this OP in case I might have done your suggestion already. I really really want to vent now, but what's the point...

    Can I get an update on this. I'm almost 24 hours now without HM2. FWIW the build supplied in thread http://forums.holdemmanager.com/bug-...aring-hud.html was a full install, rather than an update, perhaps this has effected the license. Also i've tried doing an update with latest public version and when that didn't work i have tried to do a full install with latest public version.

    Hi,

    Can you please provide me with the email you used to email support so i can look at the Log file and reg file you attached without seeing them i don't know what is causing the issue. When you mentioned in your first email you email support also i understood it was the same message you had posted here so i apologize for misunderstanding your message.

    Please give me the email and ill look at the files.

    Not sure exactly what you mean by 'provide you with the email'. I've sent an email to hm2support@holdemmanager.com.
    Do you mean a) Provide you with the email address I used? b) Send you personally the same email? If so I'll need your email. c) Send it to a different address?.

    Have you tried resetting your code via the My Account section at Hold'em Manager Poker Software - Best Poker Tracking Software

    If that fails to resolve the issue you may need to delete/reset your license. See this part of the Reg FAQ: http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...nager#problems

    I could not find your Reg file and log email you sent in our system. If those steps fail to resolve the issue, please send us the Reg and log again. You can pm me your email address you used to send the email if you wish. Thank you.

    Thanks. That worked. I did ask in my OP should I try this but got didn't get a response

    For future reference should I not send it to hm2support@holdemmanager.com? (I did get an autoresponse btw - so it would suggest that my mail was received) I normally just send stuff to support@holdemmanager.com.
