We are working on multi-currency support and hope to have it functional in a few weeks. It will most likely be in our 1.10.01 or .02 version if all goes well.

when this is implemented, is it also possible to import old hands played in another currency (Microgaming network Euro) to be tracked correct by HM?

Yes. You will probably want to create a new DB at that time and import all your archived hands.
