Notecaddy license not working
I bought notecaddy through HM2s website. It should be attached to my HM2 license correct? It was working in the past but now its not after I reset my license due to some other problems I was having with HM2. Any ideas why its not reading it anymore?

There are some occasional instances where licenses don't register properly so please send an email with your hm2 code to support@notecaddy.com and I will get it refreshed
I sent my code in. How long does it take it to get refreshed? Thank you
It wasn't in the system at all for some reason so I had to forward it to hem support. I will follow up with them tomorrow
I didn't hear back yet so I escalated this
