In the 'Sessions' tab, how long do you have to wait between hands to start a new one?

I'm sorry if this has been asked before, I searched and could find nothing.

Say I play a session and quit for only 30 mins or so, then come back to play. The hands go in the same session, thus my total hours are going to be 30 mins to high overall.

How long do you have to wait in between hands so HEM puts this as a new session, and is there away to start a new session manually?

Im at C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config

Now where do I change these setting at?

The file is holdemmanager.config

Close Holdemmanager before editing it.
