Lock poker/cake

We don't support preferred seating for Cake... yet.
So don't use it, and stay seated in whatever random seat position Cake seats you.

Actually Pat, it looks like HM2 supports preferred seating. I setup the new Lock client with my preferred seating, and in HM2 as well, and my HUD locates everything properly. Granted I've only played 6-max games so far, so can't speak to 10-max or HU.
