Unable to complete creating notes

Hello,

I am having a problem where I cannot complete the create notes process. The bar completes, and I get the message "Finished. Notes added: 312563", however the button still says stop, and the process never completes, and holdem manager continues to use 15-25% of my CPU (around 1 of 4 cores).

I tried the following:
- Deleted: caddysettings.xml caddylayout.xml noteDefinitionsLayout.xml colorDefinitionsLayout.xml
- Disabled turbo hand grabber
- Reset notes
- Installed beta notecaddy 2.4
- Left it running overnight
- Tried a different hand database
- Attempted to run the process with an empty database

Near the end of error_log.txt I get a line that states: "</game></session>
2012.05.27 04:05:17:3260 error processing hand: Attempted to divide by zero.", is this any indication?

It seems like Notecaddy is stuck on an endless loop of some kind.

How can I fix this problem?

I completed the update however I still cannot finish creating my notes. The bar moves to 90% or so, and I get the message "Finished. Notes added: 28802", however the process never finishes, and my notes never complete. It continues to use 25% of my CPU continuously, and I left it running over night. The button still displays "Stop". I have tried everything and I just can't get past this. Any solutions?

That means you are probably using filters. 2.4.0.2 is spelling it out more clearly
