SNG Sensei filter doesn't work on stars
Hi,
I used to work with sensei a long time ago and it worked properly.
for few months the sensei is not working.
I saved a filter name, than when saving and testing, the filter is not moved to Stars filter, the min\max buy-in on stars is get random values (0\1, 1\5 etc.).
I have tried reseting and saving\testing it few times but it didn't solve the problem.
I'm using TN1.2.128.0

This is caused by some inconsistent behavior in the Stars SnG filter. I'm afraid the only fix is to reset the filter and save/test again. It ususally only takes one or two attempts to get a working filter saved. Some users have reported needing multiple attempts though. Once you have a working filter saved the problem shouldn't return.

As far as I understand there isn't anything we can fix. I'll make sure to bring it up with the developers again though.

Have you discussed this issue with the developers coz I am also facing this and I hope you will find the solution to this soon?
From what I understand this is part of the PokerStars filter and we are unable to change it. The only current solution is to reset the filter and save it again. It shouldn't take more than a few tries though I have had reports users needing multiple attempts. Once you have a working filter saved the problem shouldn't return.
