I am getting the same issue, I am not sure if it is missing hand histories or it is getting the sizing wrong. But over approximately 600 hands it is out by 200 bucks at 0.5/1 nl. I can send you some hand histories if that helps?

Have you upgraded to the patch on that link i gave, what version does it say you have in the HM title bar?
