HEM will not run under XP anymore

Hi,


I am running Windows XP. Hem has been working fine for about a year and a half. However recently I installed a firewall program COMODO and blocked all postgres files temporarily. After a week I turned all the postgres files back on.But have been unable to restart HEM.It simply won't launch.

I have tried BETA updates
I have tried repairing installation.

When I launch the shortcut I keep getting the error.

"Windows cannot access the specified device,path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item."

Uninstall comodo, reboot, find another firewall to use. You cab try setting program exclusions but more than likely you will need to find an alternate firewall. I have personally been using windows firewall and microsoft security essentials on my new pc since september without issue.
