incorrect information on getting free hem?

after reading the "Free Offer" tab on my free trial of hem, it states "
1) if u have never signed up with poker stars then click on the download poker stars button and download the software.

2) create a new account and deposit at least $50 using the deposit code stars600

3) earn at least 225 player points

4) once u have completed these steps come back to this tab and click on the email verification button in order for stars to confirm the account.

i followed all of the steps and attained 225 frequent player points yesterday and clicked the email verification. This is the email i just received.

If thats the case then ive wasted over a week of my time over false information linked with your product as the free offer tab for receiving a holdem manager pro license doesnt say anything about linking your stars account with the holdem manager website.
