    Default It's asking for a new license

    Hi!

    I purchased the table scanner some time ago, and it's been working just fine... until yesterday...

    Every time that I start HM and go to table scanner, it asks me to validate my license, and than says that a valid license could not be found...

    How do I fix that problem?

    Enable the options to see Hidden Files and System Protected Files: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tuto...utorial62.html



    1. Delete C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\HEMGUI.dll.ldat (Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)

    2. Delete C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HEMGUI.lic (XP Users can find the file at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\AppData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HEMGUI.lic)

    3. Update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

    If you are sitting behind a proxy:
    The licensing system uses the Proxy settings of your Internet explorer. So your Internet explorer must work and capable of connecting to the Internet.


    If that doesn't help, try this:

    1. Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

    2. Create a new text document in the Config folder and name it LicDebug

    3. Open HM and register the scanner

    4. Close HM and delete the LicDebug.txt file

    Hi!

    Same thing happent again, I made the same fix and stoped asking for a new license, but now it doesn´t scann... it seems that the scoring profile disapers, the scann isnt finishs and there is nothing scanned

    Please install the latest version: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe and let me know if the problem persists

    The problem remains, my english a a bit bad, but I'll try to explains the problem:

    I clic to scann and the scann finishs imidiatly, with no table at all scanned.

    I load the profile I want to th scoring, like this:



    close, clic to scann and there is no result, I go back to the scorin profile, and it shows like this:

    I'm still with no table scanner, can you please help me to fix it?

    If it helps to figure out what's the problem, this problem came this way:

    I was playing and the HM and table scanner were working fine, sudenly, the energy power of my house went down, so the computer was forced to shut down with the HM still working, when I got the energy power back, I restarted my computer and since then the table scanner got that problem and no longer worked as it used to.

    Ok power failures are one of the biggest causes of database corruption so can you create a new database FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Create / Delete Database and import a bunch of hands and confirm if the problem persists on the new database

    I created a new database and problem remained, I even made delet to all the profiles at the table scanner and created e new one, it simply doesn't fixes the scoring profile, I load it, close the profile window, and when I open it again, it has no profile selected to score the tables...

    Ok there is a beta here http://forums.holdemmanager.com/rele...e-release.html and in the release notes it says scoring issues were fixed, can you confirm http://forums.holdemmanager.com/rele...e-release.html
