Can you clarify what "Avg" under note definitions means?

I thought this was the average value of a stat for the note being taken but I have numerous showing up with 100 as the value where I know people are not doing it 100% of the time.

Example
3Bets
4bets
callsdoublebarrelweak
coldcall
coldcallsinposition

etc etc all show up with 100 as the value in a d-base with 250K hands in it.

Those definitions will have "do not take notes for missed opportunities" selected

I also had a question about avg strength since some are coming up over 100. But mainly I am trying to figure out why my 128GB SSD is full. The only thing I have on it is HM2. I am not sure how many hands I have but I assume its quite a few. I have 90 Definitions active. Here is a screenshot of about half of them. Should I reset the definitions to free up space. I am concerned with how long it will take to create them again.
