HM doesnt read all hands from autoimport folder of FTP

Some of hands (1/3) doesnt autoimport in program.
Program version - 1.09.03

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab. If you have Vista and the checkboxes are greyed out and you can't select it, please turn UAC on, reboot, and then set the files to run as administrator.

2) What Poker Site are you playing on and which gametype and does the problem occur on more than 1 site?

2a) Have you clicked the Start Auto Import Button?

3) Have you the settings exactly as per the FAQ for your site?

4) Can you see the Hand History files showing up in the correct Folder on your PC, this folder should be indentical to the path location you set in Options > Configure Auto Import Folder in HM? If so please copy and paste the location as shown in the FAQ?

I remember smth. Few days ago i copy all content of config folder from other system on my computer (im changing it from XP to windows 7). I sow this bug 2 days ago, so... may be this info can help solve my problem.

You have 2 auto import folders setup for FTP (and Pokerstars). Please delete the 2nd one for each site. You want to import from the \HandHistory folder, not the \HandHistory\UserName folder.

Tbable finder is working, he is got all tables. The problem is HM importing not all hands even from one file.

When trying to import in new database from folder "C:\Program Files\Full Tilt Poker\HandHistory\myLogin", HM says "Found 0 files to process". But there are 162 .txt files with HH in this directory.

Please move the files to a different folder and try import file or import from folder

He got all the files, and have imported 7540 hands with 7540 duplicates. But hands still missing, for example in sessions tab HM tells me last session (today) was 1679 hands, but it was ~2000 hands.

Please try to import this session into a new database. How many hands do you get?

Are your settings for the today filter correct? Options->Misc-> Set Day starts at and Options -> adjust site import times.

FTP uses a different time zone. So for me for example to adjust the FTP hands for today i have to add +6 in the site import times and i have set my day starts at to 5
