Unhappy My HEM uses 2 different alias' as my alias. (Splits 'em up)

    Hi,

My HEM uses 2 different alias' as my alias. (Splits 'em up)

My Alias is Uncle_Jäger, but sometimes HEM records my data as
    Uncle_J_f_ger.

What can I do do 'combine' these stats, so that it only stores the data under one name? (Uncle_Jäger)

Please help as this is frustrating!!

This is a problem caused by some of those higher value ASCII characters. The developers are working on a solution, but it is not proving to be easy.

Create a player Alias and add both of those screen names that HM is showing.

The 'Player Alias' option is to connect 2 different poker site names together, under a new, unique Alias name. Before you can create an alias you want to be sure you can find your various site names. If you only play 1 site there is no need for an alias. http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afm....aspx?faqid=35

The 'Hero Names' option is to help the HUD know where you are sitting at the table.

Cash Games > Reports > Click 'Change' and search your Poker Site name. Do not click the drop-down arrow. That opens a list of previously searched names.
