can't import successfully

I can't import any hands, every time I try
its just like Files imported 1 of 1
hands imported 0
duplicate hands 0
import errors 144
any thoughts?
I'm importing from pokerstars, the hands go straight into the folder that its reading, don't really understand what could be going wrong
