For unknown reasons, my HM2 crashs at startup. There is nothing I can do: i tried to restart my computer a few times, and reinstall HM2 and nothing solved the problem.
What else can I try ?

Please reproduce the issue, and send your log.txt file to hm2support@holdemmanger.com with a link to this thread-

I did but I got a "failure notice" 2 days latter..... I still cannot launch my HM2 so I just cannot play....
When there is a crash, please sent your full log.txt file, located in the following folder to hm2support@holdemmanager.com:
Windows 7: C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\
XP: c:\documents and settings\{username}\appdata\HoldemManager
