Need help updating HEM. NEED TO DO Teamviewer

Need to do Team ViewerSession.I was working w Patrick in support earlier and he had to sleep. We were unable to finish updating/reconfiguring my HEm and any support/ help would be much appreciated.

Please email me your skype name if you are an admin/mod and can help finish this up for me. I am quite sure me and Patrick(amsterdam) were almost finished tuning it all up.
