Cant Register: Could not activate license at server. The underlying connection was c

Everytime i try to register with my new code i code this error:

Could not activate license at server.The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a receive.

IVe searched the help topics and deleted the files i could find (cannotn find Holdemmanager.exe.idat only "holdemanager.exe)

As far as i know i dont have a firewall.

Ive rebooted several times and this doesnt help. Details of the error are:

ok i fixed this now, im not sure how but i think it was to do with my LAN/Proxy settings. But anyay is fixed now
