issues importing from emailed hand history (missing hands, missing mucked cards)

I had my hand history emailed to me by UB, I saved each email into a different txt file and had it imported into HEM.

However, it is missing a lot of hands, i think around 1000-2000 hands, it only imported 2600 hands.

Also, a lot of the hands do not show other player's hole cards, even though when I copy these hands to clipboard, the text clearly states what the players mucked.

Can anyone help with this issue? Thanks in advance.

I'm using the newest 1.1 beta but I had the same issue with 1.09.

It has both PLO8 and HE hands.
