I use HM2 newest version with Table Scanner. I scan Everest and PokerStars server-side. Since this morning all scores for tables are 0, despite the sum of the players scores is mostly not 0.

Some more informations on this matter: as you can see in the screenshot in the top part of the window the score for all tables is always 0, so for 'Ikimba-3'. On the bottom part of the window you see that all players too at this table have a score 0, while their 'autorate' is quite different. I'm not sure I understand the difference between 'score' and 'autorate' but anyway something is definitely not working properly here. The table scanner is of no use if I can't find easily the tables with the worst players...

Are you guys seeing your graphs of the table scores showing up with no data also? I think this is a related issue since scoring is not working.
Since the last update, I also get scores of 0 for everything. The scoring section is blank, but auto-rate still works. The individual player stats are also showing up. Merge network.

It looks like they made a change so that autorate score no longer is the scoring. There is now a scoring section where u have to set a profile similar to hem 1. I set it up and everything is working now.
Horrible communication of the release imo.

If you are right this is really horrible communication from HM to make such important changes without an explanation... Even worse, why has no one answered yet?? We need a solution.
I am not in front of my machine, but there is an icon towards the top of the upper half I believe. The icon is something that looks like a number (going from memory). When you click that you get a pop up that lets you set your scoring paramaters.
i also noticed that the "old" scores that came from autorate are labeled "autorate" or somethng like that and also show up, but they do not update the graphing. So I guess you can use either one, but only one updates the graph.
Sorry that I can't be more clear. And yes, the communication on this has been attrocious. Customer support is really lacking on this one.
Thanks, with your help I found it but it doesn't really solve my problem. Of course I can define my own set of rules, it's nice to know I have the possibility to do so but I do not need new rules. 'Autorate' worked fine for me, all I want is to have a column in the top half named 'Autorate' that shows the sum of the Autorate for the players sitting at that table. Ordering by descending Autorate lets me easily find the tables with the worst players.
I can't even define a rule for scoring like: 'find the fishes'.
OK, nice to know but the columns are enough for me. I don't need the graphics.
