error importing hands

Hello.

I have problems importing hands. I play on PokerStars, my hands are downloaded to the PS hand history folder. Table Manager recognises my tables, but does not start importing. My HM Auto Import tries to import hands, but all hands are counted as errors. I have been using PT3, but I created a new database for HM.

What could be the problem?
