Making notes

Hi,

Sometimes when I try to make notes on players whilst playing the little note box doesn't appear to register what I'm typing. It'll still show "Please type note here..." or whatever it says exactly and that won't go away or sometimes you'll see that and a bit of your note. It does actually take the note as once you save and close and then re-open, the note you typed is there. But it's annoying when you are quickly trying to take a note and you can't see properly what you are typing.

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\holdemmanager.exe, hudfuncsapp.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager2 installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for those files even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates.
