Default HM.com Website Login problems with HM sync and MY HM2

    Hey,
Whenever I try to upload my HMsync or hands to My HM2 it directs me to login. When I try it gives me this message:

[It looks like you didn't sign in with your HM2.com account when you originally entered your HM2 serial. Please sign in now.]

Usually this would take me to the sign in where I would have to sign in again and then it works. However recently, I just get this message:

    [Error: Value cannot be null.
    Parameter name: limit]

It won't let me create a sign in and I cannot access these two features.

    Just to be clear:
    1. I did sign in to HM2.com when i originally entered my HM2 serial.
    2. I have to go through these steps every single time I have used HM2 sync and My HM2.
    3. Even though I save my information every time I still have to repeat.
    4. I have a valid account and remember my username and password.

Please advise, I would like use these features fairly frequently but currently they just aren't working for me.

    Thanks

We had a server issue. But it should be fixed now.

I'm still having the same issue, not to mention if I accidentally click on the sync option, there is no way to exit that window. If I try to click on the X, I get an error sound.

It still makes me sign in and nonstop gives me that same error message until I restart my computer. Getting frustrating...

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\holdemmanager.exe, hudfuncsapp.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager2 installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for those files even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

Make sure your video card drivers and windows auto updates are fully updated. Make sure you have Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 (or later for w7) installed.

    Same problem here.

    Windows 7
    latest hm2 (french)
2 files are with admin mode. Shortcut HM2 is launched "as administrator"
I have no firewall (service desactivated).
DSL box with no firewall on outgoing trafic.

On Sync tab a message :
You need to log into your HM.com account via settings before using HM sync
I think it's on the settings / HM.com Website Login Menu
--> here i have only a field "password", 2 links and a button "save login"

I enter the password, clic save login and get the 2 messages :
it looks like you didn't sign in with your HM2 account when you originally entered your HM2 serial. please sign in now
Error: La valeur be peut pas être null.
    Nom du paramètre : limit
About desactivating UAC : UAC is set for security. with your method, we will lower ALL security of our pc if I understand, is it REALLY a mandatory to use HM2 sync ?

    Other notes :
    Auto-update works.

Using version 2.0.0.6112 now and still have exactly the same problem here.

Done exactly what dcpc007 mentioned above, and running into the same "it looks like you didn't..." error message every time I try to log in.

Same error message on two different pc's.

    Please help.
