HEM too many files?

When I fire up HEM a pop-up shows and says that I have over 507 files and that It could cause performance issues and to delete any unused files..I configured my auto import folders and dont know how to delete any unused files..please help

Create a folder where already imported are being stored and tell HM in the autoimport folders to move processed hands there
