    Default My HM: not hands uploaded anymore

    Hi

    When I send a hand to my HM, it seems the han is sent:

    After a while, the "ready" information comes; however the hand is not in my iphone when I call the app.

    Hi;

    Installed the above version but same issue. It says communicating with server, please wait... then Ready but the hand is not online. I have my account set in settings and it works for Sync although VERY slow which is my only other issue with HEM2 at the moment.... why does it only upload at 7 hands per second??????? And is it still planned to be able to have a set sync date. Both DB's are up to date on both machines as of about a week ago yet the sync still wants to do 5500 batches at 7 hands per second so it will take another month or so to sync up.

    This is a known issue and it has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve. While I do not have a specific date for when this issue will be resolved, we are putting out updates regularly.

    The assigned internal ticket # on this issue is HM-4752. We will often release builds on a limited basis, only in the forums for a few days first, so please check back on this thread http://forums.holdemmanager.com/hm2-releases/ for that ticket #.

    Please update to the latest version of HM2: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa...AutoUpdate.exe

    Make sure to run HM2 as an administrator.

    Please turn off UAC.

    Add HoldemManager.exe, HudFuncApps.exe, Postgres and PG_CTL to the exceptions list in any firewall or antivirus software.

    If the problem persists, please reproduce the issue and send a log.txt file to hm2support@holdemmanager.com with a link to this thread. -
