Default Moving a postgresql database to another drive?

I isntalled postgresql on my c:\ drive, but the db is getting to big now and i would like to move it to the d:\ drive..

what is the simplest way of doing this?

doing a backup then reinstalling postgresql on d: and restoring it? would that even work?

    Yes thats the best way.

There is another way but it needs registry patches and changes in configuration files.
