New "User Account" Created

I recently downloaded the newest verison of HM and every is running fine.

But when I restarted my computer I was suprised to find that a new user has been created under my "User Accounts" in my control panel. An account tilted Postgres was created. I have friends that have this program and a new user profile was not created when they installed the program.

Can I go about deleting this account without it affecting HM?
