    Default HEM crashes on start

Hey guys, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the software but I still can't get HEM to work as it loads for about 5 minutes on the HEM starting loading screen before windows displays the "this program isn't responding message". I have no more updates to download for windows 7 and I am not sure what the program was.

This is what the error gives me:

    Problem signature:
    Problem Event Name: InPageError
    Error Status Code: c0000185
    Faulting Media Type: 00000003
    OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3
    Locale ID: 2057
    Additional Information 1: a4e6
    Additional Information 2: a4e650a96be0c84be44462145cd9fa45
    Additional Information 3: 44a7
    Additional Information 4: 44a7f67fd384ac5eef045ea4e1efac78

What could the problem be? Thanks for any help!

Please reinstall the latest HM2: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...er_2_Setup.exe

Please make sure you are installing on an administrator account and running as an administrator.

    Please turn off UAC.

You'll need to add holdemmanager.exe, hudfuncapps.exe, postgres and pg_ctl to the exceptions list in your firewall and antivirus.

If the problem persists, please reproduce the issue and send your log.txt file -
