Tourney results for stars (tourney sum requested)

I requested and imported the tourney sums for the incomplete sng but the sng incomplete still remain incomplete

Which SnG type?
Import Errors?
Are the summaries in english?

I'm having this problem now. HEM is not showing any of my results from my 180 man sngs. Nor does it show any of my MTT results... its certainly not nice looking at one giant downward line lol. I've tried taking the summaries from my e-mails and putting them in notepad then importing those into HEM like a read in another thread but still no luck.

Version: HEM Small stakes 1.09

Please make sure that the summaries are in english (you'll need an english Stars client for this).
