Heres an internal version with the vs 3bet stats fixed, were still investigating Fold vs 3bet IP stat so i would avoid using that until i get confirmation on that, weve gone through a ton of stats and all looks good but since there is well over a thousand stats in the HUD alone its time consuming, right now our focus is on the major stats, getting those verified and then getting a build out to everyone and well continue our internal testing and then followup with any other updates that are necessary.

Morny I really believe that you want to make this program bug free and thats why me and others keep posting those bugs/suggestions/whatever but lately I begin to feel like that I cannot trust HEM2 on basic things.

I understand that there are many stats (more than 1000+ you say) in HEM2. If you think that you cannot test them in time in order to be 100% correct at every release then I suggest you remove them. Its no use having stats that we cannot trust. It cost us money - a lot more than what HEM2 costs - each day I use them. Personally I am not going to ever download and use an internal release again (except if it fixes a bug that is very serious to me) unless you personally guarantee that your team has tested and found to be correct 100% all of the stats.

So please tell me what is the latest version that you have tested all the stats? I am not talking about the basic ones here. In my popups I use many stats (like bet river after raising flop continuation bet and betting turn) so basic ones unfortunately does not cut it for me

It seems that .6756 is the new official release. Before I install it I would like official confirmation that 100% of all stats were tested and work as expected.

The update on Friday broke the vs3Bet stats. We pushed out an update for that this weekend. This was our mistake and we apologize. Additional measures are being put in place to ensure that this does not happen again.
There are currently approx 10 unresolved issues that have been logged on over 1,000 stats in HM2 reports and HUD. We are scheduled to push an update before this Thursday that addresses them.

The 10 stats issues are narrowly defined situation specific stats that are used less frequently. Having said that, it would be more appropriate to remove them now and then add them back when the next update is released. We will release an update today that has them removed. There are some issues were investigating on donk stats right now also, again if there are issues well remove them for now then get them fixed asap, well possibly have them fixed for this next update today.

From the outset, all stats were tested against HM1 results and additional stat testing was performed by our team of testers and tech support personnel (not all stats were in HM1).

We will bump ANY new stat issue to the top of the priorities for the next update after being reported.

In hindsight, this should have been the policy previously no matter how discreet the stat or how often used.
There are further internal processes that we have under development that will automate the stat verification process and rely less on manual testing. We have actually been holding off on releasing a large # of additional stats in HM2 until that automated testing tool is in place. As you can imagine, the unreleased stats continue the trend of being very narrowly applied and efficiently testing them manually becomes more tedious with every narrowing of the scope of a stat.

Morny I know that there are many stats and that makes it difficult to test them constantly but I am sure you understand that a stat that is not 100% correct is not a stat we would like to have in HEM2. I would be more than willing to pay for additional testing or whatever you think is required to make sure this does not happen again. Hell I am sure I lost more than $200 USD on -EV decisions this weekend easily so I wonder if you should reconsider the HEM2 pricing policy.

I hope the next major release has all of the stats tested and corrected before anything else.

I am extremely unhappy with the amount of new and existing bugs in this program.
I have discovered and reported 6 issues (build 6745).
This is very disappointing. If I can spot 6 bugs pretty much instantly after using the program, how many dozens of new bugs must have been introduced in this release?!
What is the testing dept doing?

Ok so it is actually 7 problems and bugs, not 6.

I think turn cbet/fold stat is sligthly off too, but I was too tired to test thoroughly.
Basically - selected hands where I cbet turn and face raise, exported to HDD, reimported to new db, and the stat had different value...

Sorry for my bad English. This is exactly correct errors of the program? New challenges because of the incompleteness is not a patch? Do not get us wrong. We're playing for money. Buy and use your software, but it really does not work. Now you ask us to check your own patch, spend their time and money! I understand it may have minor problems, but do not you do before you publish it not testing? If yes, work - shit. Your bugs are fixed us a lot of nerves and money.

I am very disappointed in you. I will not test the patch, wait for reviews. Suddenly fix some problems with the statistics, but will throw more global. As long as we find them, lose money in the game. We used to trust the statistics, is now our belief in hm2 lost. Do not get us right, we paid for the finished product, not part of it!

To dilute the sea of negativity, I want to mention one thing. Good job with Russian clients Sarek. I feel sorry for him, he is justified for flaws in your programming to the Russian community in one.
