press "reset all profiles" under MyAccount->Licence Keys on HM2 Webpage
then restart HM2
the register process should work then
Same for me not registering
Now it works.

I apologize, we had an issue with our licensing server. This has been resolved and everyone should be able to register now.
If you continue to have registration issues, please send your Reg.log file from the C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager folder folder. (XP users will find that in C:\Documents and Settings\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager folder.
If your Windows is hiding known file extensions the file will simply be called 'reg'. Email this log file to hm2support@holdemmanager.com
not working here, doesn't recognize my license when i log in and doesn't recognize my serial.
this is very annoying - how can you say it's resolved when the holdemmanager.com website and licensing system seems to be completely down atm?!
I'm still having getting the error when trying to re-register HM2. I'm also not able to reset my profiles on this website... Are you sure your server is working properly?
same here Eryath...cant load or reset profiles?? get some error message.
