    Default Register Product Issue

    Hi,

    With the new update i was asked to re-enter my informnation, which i did.
    I was then told that my trial product had expired even though i bought and inserted a serial code for the entire program.

    I got my serial code and put it in as requested, clicked enter and it went to a loading page, this loading page then fails and brings up a red x with the words "error while registering with server. Retry, or if problem persists contact customer service". I retry'd and got the same result

    Am frustrated because my product was working fine, i do an update and now i have issues and cannot play my regular session

    Can i please get some assistance

    i have the same problem. Also if i go to my account then i cant reset my license key, it says : Resetting code failed. Please contact.... And also if i choose the upload license key, i cant do that also, it says :Invalid Code:.... It cant be invalid, if i copy it from the license key menu

    Same issue here, very, very frustrating. Was just about to start today's scheduled session. A real quick solution would be highly appreciated!!!

    They usually do not respond at this time a night in the US.. so probaly not
