My version of HEM is opening, then looks okay for about two seconds, then suddenly disappears and shuts down. It keeps happening and I have no idea why - this is the first time I've had an issue. What should I do?

My version of HEM is opening, then looks okay for about two seconds, then suddenly disappears and shuts down. It keeps happening and I have no idea why - this is the first time I've had an issue. What should I do?

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe 1.10 beta 3b (your version is really, really old)
Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure UAC is disabled http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmmain.aspx?faqid=73
Install every Windows update:
Vista: Service Pack 2
XP: Service Pack 3
+ all critical updates
