Default Fullt tilt hand logging problem.

Here is a link to the problem which i have already reported.
    http://forums.holdemmanager.com/showthread.php?t=22695

    1) What version of Holdem Manager are you using eg 1.06.04 Beta 12?
I’m using the very latest beta.

    2) What Poker Site are you playing on and which gametype and does the problem occur on more than 1 site?
I play on full tilt. I don’t know if this problem occurs on more sites as this is the only one i play. I only play cash games

2a) Have you clicked the Start Auto Import Button?
Yes of course i have clicked on the auto import button.

    3) Have you the settings exactly as per the FAQ for your site?
Yes. This all worked fine until yesterday. I have not changed any settings as far as i am aware. Now it only picks and chooses which hand histories to import. Its missing out many hands during a session.
My hands are saved to the fllowing folder, C:\Program Files\Full Tilt Poker\HandHistory/username

    4) Can you see the Hand History files showing up in the correct Folder on your PC, this folder should be indentical to the path location you set in Options > Configure Auto Import Folder in HM? If so please copy and paste the location as shown in the FAQ?
Yes i can see notepad files with titles of the tables i played at.

    5) Are the hands being imported into Holdem Manager?
Some hands are and some are not. Many hands are not being imported.

5a) Do they import if you create a new database?
I don’t know. I imagine some will and some wont like the current problem. How do i create a new database?

    6) Have You Tried the Table Finder and did it work?
    Table finder works fine.

    7) If you open the HH are they written in English?
    Yes there written in English.

    8) If your using Vista have you UAC disabled?
    Its disabled.

    9) Have you attached the holdemmanager.config file?
    attatched.

    Thanks inadvance guys

This is how, but don't do this yet until you have reconfigured your archive folders as explained below to see if that helps.

*Try creating a new UTF DB - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afm...aspx?faqid=146
*Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afm...aspx?faqid=173
*If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, export/import the hands from the old DB to the new DB, and export/import any player notes and tourney summaries - and then delete the old DB. - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afm....aspx?faqid=21

Make sure you export/backup everything before deleting the old DB - http://www.holdemmanager.net/forum/s...ad.php?t=20754

    6) Have You Tried the Table Finder and did it work?
    Table finder works fine.
Are you referring to the Table Manager and HUD? Do they both work fine? If so, there is probably no help to be gained by using the table finder - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afm....aspx?faqid=54

    9) Have you attached the holdemmanager.config file?
    attatched.

Please change your hand history archives. The only one that is not wrong is the Pokerstars one.

    HTML Code:
    <setting name="AutoImportFolderList">C:\Poker Application\UltimateBet\HandHistory\IMUSTBU5TU,True,True,C:\Poker Application\UltimateBet\HandHistory\IMUSTBU5TU
    C:\Program Files\Bodog Hand Grabber\handhistories,True,True,C:\Poker Application\UltimateBet\HandHistory\IMUSTBU5TU
    C:\Program Files\Full Tilt Poker\HandHistory\IMUSTBU5TU,True,True,C:\Poker Application\UltimateBet\HandHistory\IMUSTBU5TU
    C:\Poker\Paddy Power Poker\History\IMUSTBUSTU\Table,True,True,C:\Poker Application\UltimateBet\HandHistory\IMUSTBU5TU
    C:\Users\Jay\AppData\Local\PokerStars\HandHistory\URINDEEPSH1T,True,True,C:\Users\Jay\Desktop\New Folder
    </setting>
You do not want your archive folder to be in the same path as any of your auto import folders. This will cause numerous importing and HUD problems.

Your \HMArchive is likely not in your \Holdem Manager directory. We normally suggest you use C:\HMArchive, but you may have put it anywhere. C:\Users\Jay\Desktop\New Folder

Your other sites are configured like this though:

    HTML Code:
    <setting name="AutoImportFolderList">C:\Poker Application\UltimateBet\HandHistory\IMUSTBU5TU,True,True,C:\Poker Application\UltimateBet\HandHistory\IMUSTBU5TU
That is moving them to the same folder it just imported from.

To verify the location: Options > Configure Auto Import Folders > Edit > Archive Folder: ___________________

    http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afm....aspx?faqid=56

You should also get any of the archived files out of your Ultimate Bet folder you had assigned as an archive and put those into the proper archive folder.
