2 stage probleme, Hote distant with we7 help

When i am using HEM i have this message which come every time.





Also HEM tells me that i have a 2 stage problem. I don't know what that mean either.

I gave some log files at the holdem manager support allready but if i can find help here, it would be nice.

I have a firewall with bitdefender i have the account user control at the lowest.

In case anyone else needs the solution.

This is usually a firewall or windows update issue.

First try to reboot.

If no help, try this:

Start > Programs > PostgreSQL > 8.x > Stop Service

Start > Programs > PostgreSQL > 8.x > Start Service

If that doesnt help delete the \postgresql\8.x\data\postmaster.pid file, if you see it.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall, even if it is off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afm...aspx?faqid=171
