HUD doesn't play display players' stats
Hi. HUD doesn't display stats for players with certain special characters in their name. I am not sure if it's all special characters or only some but i know for sure that my HUD doesn't work for at least 2 players. Is there a way to fix this and get my HUD to show for these players for already imported hands?

which special characters the players had in their names ?
One of the characters is ü, can't remember the character for the other player. For what it's worth, I just realized that the HUD shows up in hand replayer. I am 100% sure that it wasn't working while playing, though.
Were you playing ZOOM on PokerStars?

Yes, i was playing zoom on pokerstars. I downloaded and installed update, thanks. I will let you know if the problem persists.

If you encounter this issue again, it's caused by a player name (of an opponent) with an unusual player name.
It should be fixed for 99.5% of all player names now in HM2.
Last report was it's still affecting the name
