replayer is invisible + issues after reinstall

Hi,

I was having a problem where whenever i tried to double click on a hand history and view it in the replayer, the replayer would load but be invisible and show ONLY in the tray. I couldnt view it at all.

I decided i should try the beta and see if that would fix it. It didnt so i decided to reinstall and that would probably fix it. However, after a reinstall i started getting error messages. Now, whenever i start HEM i get the following errors:



If i click quit, the program closes.
If i continue, the program hangs on this:



Please advise. I'm now unable to run HEM

Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure UAC is disabled http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmmain.aspx?faqid=73 or holdemmanager.exe, hmhud.exe, and dbcontrolpanel.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe, and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall, even if it is off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afm...aspx?faqid=171

Make sure you have Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 (or later for w7) installed.
