Upgrading from PLO manager to PLO + HOLDEM Manager

How many parts of the installation steps do i have to follow?
Is it to different programs? Which means you have both programs running if you play omaha cash and hold'em tournament?

Or is it in the same program/window, just with some added features?

My PLO manager was PRO version, and have now bought the pro version for hold'em as well...

1) Help > Clear license code.
2) Close HM, restart HM, click Register, and finish the registration process.
3) If you have any problems, please try using our registration system to reset your license. http://www.holdemmanager.net/Registration/
4) If you have any problems beyond that, please email the details to support@holdemmanager.net.

You need a combined PR2 code. If you dont have a PR2 code please email our sales team to have the codes combined to a single code.

I followed the instruction re deleting my existing licence and tried to enter the new code via the link and was told the serial was invalid or not in use (clearly it is not in use-I am entering it so it can be used !). I want to play so tried to reenter my old licence for present purposes and I get the same message so now I cannot use HEM !

Please can you help me so I can use HEM

Please try using our registration system to register your current/new license. Then you will be able to retrieve or reset your own license, as needed. http://www.holdemmanager.net/Registration/

To get your current license from your running installation of HEM: Help > Show Serial Number

You will need to sign up, login, and then reset your code, then logout/login, to verify it was reset.
