Is there a stat for this I can put on my HUD?

I have looked through the stats and manual several times, but not found it. However, it could be a question of simply spending too much time looking at stats that it's made my brain numb. lol

Also, is there any way I can put down a stat for folding to a C-Bet when the player has limp/called pre-flop?

Soon you will be able to use custom stats in the HUD.

Which stat do I use if I want to know the frequency with which a player Cbets (and folds to a Cbet) in a pot in which he/she 3bet pre flop?

Also, is there a stat for how often a player goes to showdown after 3betting preflop?

Please try taking some time looking thru the HUD Options > Player Preferences.

Both of these are available under the Continuation Bets.

Also, is there a stat for how often a player goes to showdown after 3betting preflop?

No, but if it was it would be under the Showdown stats in the player preferences.
