Caddy scatter without preflop points

A fellow of pokerstrategy.fr reported me, that his caddy scatter does not show the preflop points:

Personnally, I don't have that proble, I saupose it's a matter of another definition...

Same for me too. I am running HM2 ver 2006577 with 2.5mil HH and NC ver 22224 I have reset notes and created new but Im still not seeing the preflop scatter points for any villan, flop, turn and river are all ok.

What games are you playing? E.g. 6 max PL omaha tournaments, 9 max limit holdem cash...

He played CG 6max.
Worked until installation of the last version.

I also have this issue playing 6-max cash. All postflop points are fine but not preflop.

Im still waiting for a solution but looks like none are forthcoming. Anyone know how to fix this please.
