Taking notes on hand AND Marking hand for review

Someone tell me if I can do either of these:

1) Take notes within the hand (i.e. replay the hand and write some comments about it - not notes on a specific player)
2) Mark hands for review while playing from the HUD. I know you can do this in HEM in general, but looking for a way to quickly do it while playing from the HUD.
