Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\holdemmanager.exe, hudfuncsapp.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager2 installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for those files even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates.

I made changes for "run as admin" in thoses locations, made updates for windows and newest for HM2, uninstalled AVG antivirus, made changees in firewall (specificaly: added to the list HM2 and made click in home/work and public colums), but still the same. By the way firewall is torned on, but doest work when it war turned off.

I have Windows 7 ultimate 32 bit and only ather tool that maybe is somehow correlating with all that is TuneUP utilities 2012.

So.. after all that changes now even report colum isn't working. Active session colum still the same ant that goes to /opponents.

But hud is working and home page in HM2.

Is that could be because I made another database for HM2. ON HM1 i used another database. Any solutions from there..???!!!

I'm using PostgreSQL 8.4. Txs for update, but still doesn't do any good But, before that I was fortune to see that is in that error report that is poping up all the time. It says that during an installation the HM2 was detected, and I should go to HM.com and to" click to download trial version" - it will overwrite HM2 but the HUD and settings will be the same, and I need to update HM2 as well. That's that I did but still nothing. Maybe I should uninstall HM2 and that reinstall once again, but does it will do any good, because there will still be leftover files.
By the way- I still have trial version, but it should'n do any difference imo. And one more thing- then I was updating W7, I had to instal windows service pack1 manualy and after all updates was made, I had problems with PostGreSQL- it could not find the server, but I fixed it all the way down how it was shown in tutorial video by HM2 support. That's all that I can tell You... So do I need to reinstall PostGreSQL ? Or maybe it would be much better to uninstall HM2 and PostgreSql and then instal both from newest HM2 release?
    waiting for Your feedback, regards
