Ongame HH folder is hidden

C:\Users\Kalle\AppData\Local\P5\Betsafe\handhistor y

This is the location of the handhistory and in PT3 I can copy paste it in. BUt on HEM I need to find it manually but when I go to C:\Users\Kalle\
I cant find the Appdata folder to go through the subfolders to the handhistory. The folder seems to be hidden from vision how can I unhide it to get it added to HEM?
