i'm entering the serial which should include anything i bought yet but the scanner says the serial is invalid or could not be used.
what can i do?
1) Enable the option to see Hidden Files and Disable "Hide protected operating system files" - http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tuto...utorial62.html
2) Delete C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\HEMGUI.dll.ldat (Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)
3) Delete C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HEMGUI.lic (XP Users can find the file at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\AppData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HEMGUI.lic)
4) Update to the latest Version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate.exe
