This software ever going to be usable for tournaments? (Please no Generic Response)

Welcome to Holdem Manager 2 the most useless piece of software on the market for tournament players. This company does not give a crap about whether or not they ever fix tournament problems I have asked many times and I just receive a blah blah generic answer that helps absolutely nothing they test on one format on one site I'm assuming and from there it is the end users problem.

I have not seen results that are correct since release. As well HUD on SNG's works for a few minutes then completely flakes out and stops updating on certain tables.

If you look up a player in your db by changing it to their Screen Name at the top you will only ever see session stats vs. them thereafter.

It is completely ridiculous that after months of Guinea pigging this software that a simple thing such as result cannot be correctly implemented.

Oh and one last sqibble is why does HM2 import the HH TS and these little mini broken apart HH's that are numbered? They cause nothing but problems especially when re importing to a new db as seems to be the fix that is always in the generic responses. (which actually never fixes anything)

also that update errors : error opening file for writing f_in_box__lib.dll

edit : works if you delete the file first then install

Awesome! Now that i install that patch i can't even open the reports tab or the client insta crashes! With this new update
