    Default Import errors

I have some hand histories that won't import. I went into the Holdem Manager/Importing/Logs folder, but the hands in there looked fine. Does Hold 'em manager give any feedback about hands that wouldn't import? If so, how do I find out what was wrong with these hand histories?

There must be something wrong with the hands, stored in the HoldemManager/Importing/Logs folder.

Usually some data is missing, for example the beginning/end of the handhistory,
Some hands may look complete, but for example the list of players (and their stacksizes at the beginning is missing)

If you're sure they're correct, try importing them in a NEW database. If you still get the import error, post one of the handhistories in this thread.

I can't import it either (-->>import error), but the setup is really strange:

    "not called"
    "Folded on the POCKET CARDS"

HEM probably doesn't know yet, what to do with this information. (also maybe the pokerroom has already changed the layout of their current handhistories, since this one was played in july)
Do you have a very recent hand where this occurs?
And can you tell me which pokerroom this hand was played on, so I can forward it to our software programmer?
