During installation: Error: Secondary logon
During the installation of postgreSQL 8.3 on my new computer (with windows 7) the following error occurs while proceeding after nr.9 of the installation guide: Initialize database cluster:
The "secondary Logon" service is not running. This service is required for the installer to initialize the database. Please start the service and try again.
How can I start this service and where is it found? Hoping for a reply here.
