Trial Version to Purchased..having trouble

I downloaded your trial a few months back, loved the software but didn't have the funds at that time to purchase. At that point, I did an uninstall from control panel and deleted from program files to free up some space on my hard drive.

I am now ready to purchase but when I try to download it says I already have a version running on my computer. I can't find any trace of what could be running. Searched whole computer for RVG, HM, Postgres, etc.. It is also not appearing when I look at programs running using task manager.

I have Vista. Thanks for your help

Try reinstalling with revo uninstaller.

You won't be able to use a 15 day trial again, if you had it installed before.
